Minutes before a deadline, YouTube TV and Fox struck a short-term extension that avoided a blackout of Fox channels ahead of college football and the NFL season. After days of public sparring and pressure from regulators, the companies later announced a full renewal on Aug. 28, 2025. Financial terms weren’t disclosed, but the deal keeps Fox’s full portfolio on YouTube TV.
